The serial rapist, Azad Khan was arrested by the police from Muzaffarpur in Bihar.
The 28 year old accused was married three years ago and his wife is expecting a child.
He was working in a leather factory since two and a half years in Tughlakabad area.
The victim who is a 10 year old girl was raped on the night of 4th December, 2013 in Govindpuri area.
The incident took place on Wednesday night when the victim was playing outside her residence in Tughlakabad area.
The girl returned home around 11 pm in a dishevelled state with bruises all over her body.
Investigation revealed that the accused used to trap unsuspecting minor girls by complaining to their parents about his nephew being thrashed.
Before the scared victim could comprehend the real motive, the accused took them to an isolated place in Tughlakabad and rape them.
There are in all five victims and four cases have been reported so far.
The victim has identified the accused.
