The Board closed arguments today at Delhi Gate, with the Delhi Police investigating officer Ramesh Sharma telling the board that the accused juvenile was equally guilty of all charges along with other adult accused of gangrape, murder, sodomy, attempt to murder, murder, davoity, destruction of evidence.
