Out of the five accused, the juvenile raped Damini five times, once when she was unconscious, and later inserted an iron rod inside her body pulling out a part of her intestines.

This brutality deserved nothing less than a death punishment for the juvenile but he was found six months short of facing the trial in court for adults.
