Keshav, who was the manager of Bagiya Restaurant  near the then ITDC hotel Ashok Yatri Niwas, along with Sushil took the body to the restaurant and tried to burn the body in tandoor with some Congress party flags and banners.



A patrolling constable of the area and a home guard named Abdul Nazir Kunju and Chanderpal reached the spot after noticing heavy smoke coming out of that restaurant.
