Jamuna Bai surrendered on Tuesday evening through her lawyer Kalpesh Desai.

She told police that she was with Narayan Sai till a day before the latter's arrest in Kurukshetra. She had gone to the house of a sevak and 'dharam bhai' in Asaram ashra in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh and had been hiding there since, she told police.

After reaching Surat, she contacted her lawyer Kalpesh Desai, who told police that she wanted to surrender.
