1) Beant Singh

Beant Singh was one of the most liked guards by Indira Gandhi. Nobody could have predicted that he would have killed her. But Alas! He was known to her for almost 10 years and that's not less to judge a person.   

Beant Singh was born in Jaitu in the Faridkot district of Punjab (India). He was the guard whom Indira Gandhi could have believed with her closed eyes.

Who could have thought that her own personal guard would have killed her? Beant, despite being a favourite of Indira Gandhi, took part in her assassination in 1984. But, after he killed Indira Gandhi he too could not live longer as he was shot dead in a scuffle with other bodyguards of the Prime Minister.
