Public Prosecutor Nayan Sukhadwala said, the court has ordered that within 30 days from now, Narayan Sai will have to appear before the court, otherwise the prosecution would file another plea for attachment of his properties.
Narayan Sai has been in hiding for the last 36 days since two married sisters in Surat levelled sexual assault charges against him.
Out of four accused in this case, only one female associate Ganga alias Dharmishtha Patel has been arrested so far, and she is presently on 7 days police remand.
Ganga's husband Pramod Anand Mishra has also been arrested, and police is questioning both of them, said Rakesh Asthana, Surat police commissioner.
