The arrests were made in a fresh case, in which a complaint was filed by a lawyer Jitendra Garg in September, 2012 claiming that his call records were accessed by a private detective.
 
The Special Cell investigated the case and stumbled upon a businessman identified as Akash Jain who had hired a private detective to snoop on Garg.
