Faridabad, Haryana, Aug 9 : Sixteen people, including eight sex workers, three middlemen and five customers, were arrested Thursday night by police from Sector 16 market here adjoining Haryana Tourism resort Magpie.

Police, posing as decoy customers, nabbed all the sixteen people. The middlemen used to bring the women in cars and after bargaining they used to hand them over to the customers.

Six out of the eight women are from Delhi, while the two female racketeers belong to Faridabad, said Poonam, ACP, Central Faridabad.
