Based on the complaint of the family members, a case has been registered against one named accused and five other unidentified people under sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence (POCSO) Act.
The deceased has been identified as Yogesh Kumar (31), who was a resident of Aligarh district in UP, but was currently living in Dakshinpuri area of South Delhi, police said.

The incident took place on Saturday when cops found Deva lying on the road with bullet injuries near Shalimar Park in the Model Town area, police said. He was shifted to hospital and his condition is serious, they said.
The firing incident was captured on CCTV. The police are further investigating the matter.
The deceased was identified as Shraddha Gupta, who had joined the bank in 2015 as a clerk. She then cleared departmental exams and got promoted. She was posted at Faizabad since 2018.

Before the incident, she had searched online using her mobile phone how to kill someone by drowning, Khachrod police station in-charge Ravindra Yadav said.
The accused, Mohd Azan Khan, was a habitual drinker and got married to Kirti alias Sonia (20) in the first week of October, they said.
