The incident took place last Thursday and the head constable, Ravi Sharma, who was posted at Gwalior's Police Training School, was later arrested, Superintendent of Police Aman Singh Rathore told reporters on Tuesday.
The video shows some miscreants on a bike, one of whom gets off and starts bombarding an elderly man with bullets. Police are investigating the matter.
The incident was confirmed by Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chief Swati Maliwal, who on Wednesday said the unknown person went inside the classroom and removed the clothes of the girls.
According to the victim's mother, her daughter was taken to Bhopal on April 22 by four men and was raped there for three days. The accused left the girl at a local police station, where she was allegedly raped by the SHO.
CCTV cameras around the area have been examined but no footage regarding the incident has been found yet.
The incident took place on Apr 23 but came to light on Apr 26, when one of the neighbours spotted the accused in an objectionable position with the bovine.
All six minors are to be produced before the judicial magistrate.

According to police sources, the victim, Rohit (26), was attacked by Sachin and his associates and was badly beaten by iron sticks, sharp edged weapons and lathis.
The Crime team and the district FSL team immediately rushed to the spot of the crime. It is alleged that Sachin, aged 40, ran away from the spot and later confessed to the crime of murdering his wife and son by posting a message on his family WhatsApp group.
A forensic team and a dog squad are at the spot for investigation, Superintendent of Police Abhishek Agarwal said.
The incident occurred on Apr 15 in Phatak Road locality in Bhayandar East, following which cops have arrested the accused, police said.
The 42-year-old woman, a resident of the Rabodi locality, suffered bullet injuries in her abdomen and is undergoing treatment at a hospital here, police said.
The accused were being probed after they were booked on March 31 for illegally entering the forest when the crime came to light, the official said.
