In a significant development from Narayanpur, Chhattisgarh, security forces thwarted an attempted attack by Naxals on their camp. The insurgents reportedly targeted the security forces' Irakbhatti camp with homemade bombs, including continuous launches of BGL rockets. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries reported among the security personnel, all of whom were reported safe.
