Giving a bunch of roses, a box of chocolates and a solitaire on Valentine’s Day is an old-school idea. If you desire to do something ‘over-the-top’, you stopped by at the accurate place.

A restaurant in Boston, United States, is offering a special burger with a gold and diamond engagement ring in the bun for Valentine's Day. It also comes with a hefty price tag of $3,000 or approximately Rs. 1.9 lakh.

As a special one-day offer, diners can pay $3,000 for a Big Boy Burger at Pauli’s Sandwich Shop. The big price tag covers the nearly 1 karat diamond engagement ring. Pauli’s owner Paul Barker said the restaurant has gotten lots of interest in their Facebook post.

The post also contains a picture of the said burger. It comes with a side of fries as well, for those who are wondering.

"It also happens to come with an engagement ring to propose to your loved one later that night," the restaurant said. "Make this the best V-day yet!"

The burger, which must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance, contains a 7/8 carat Neil Lane engagement ring from Kay Jewelers in the bun, included in the hefty price tag.

"Nothing says 'I love you' quite like Boston's best burger topped with a princess cut ring framed by round diamonds on a band of 14k, gold," the restaurant said. "For $3,000, safor the flavor of Pauli's Big Boy Burger and simmer in sweet bliss, if they say yes!"
