As much strange animals and insects are discovered every other day on land, the life under the sea is a mystery on another level. What breathes in the deep remains of the ocean can never be entirely told since most of it is still unexplored. However, a strange looking creature has emerged from the mysteries of the seas leaving everyone scared as well as fascinated with its structure.

Refereed to as the 'headless chicken monster', a viral video of a strange looking organism in the sea has taken over the internet. The video is the first ever proof of the existence of the creature that has been captured by a camera. It was first found in the Gulf of Mexico in 2017 but it was only recently that it got filmed by Australian fisheries in the Southern Ocean.

The creature appears to be large and red with no apparent head - therefore, being named as 'headless chicken.' According to the researchers is actually a deep-sea cucumber known by its scientific name of Enypniasties Eximia. Antarctic Division shared the video of the creature on their twitter, which went viral in no time and revealed that the researchers had to use special cameras to develop the means to capture this creature on reel.

Other than leaving people amused or scared on the internet, the video has also given hopes that the pioneering Australian camera technology that captured the rare footage of this organism, Enypniastes eximia, may help the long-running push for the creation of a new Antarctic conservation zone.
