It seems BJP has hit a dirty political pothole of controversies ever since the party decided to declare Kiran Bedi as their Chief Ministerial candidate.

Ms Bedi's conduct amid party workers, interviews to leading news channels and her choice of words for rivals, catapulted all the efforts made by party to make it come out as the strongest choice for voters.

BJP recently released a 28-page vision document, which Kiran Bedi claimed was prepared by 'expert, senior BJP leaders'. But guess the vision document worked as the last nail in the coffin for BJP.

As expected the move backfired as under one of its sections, the party made a serious mistake by terming North-East citizens as 'immigrants'!

The document, which was released under much fanfare talked about policies being strategised to protect the 'North-Eastern immigrants'.

It further carried strategies to ensure the safety of North-Eastern immigrants and also mentioned how 'special cells in all police stations and special 24-hour helpline numbers would be set up for their protection'.

Congress was immediate to pinpoint & highlight such a cardinal sin by its rival and demanded apology.

It was also noticed that the document was nowhere carrying information regarding 'demand to seek full statehood for Delhi', unlike their 2013 Delhi Assembly polls vision document submitted by Arun Jaitley & Sushma Swaraj.

However, BJP spokesperson Harish Khurana apologised and stated, "It was a typing error, but we apologize for the mistake."

With Delhi Assembly elections just a week away, red-faced BJP is getting on to work over correcting their mistakes that has enraged one and all.

And this is not the first time that BJP received flak for their 'latest' moves.

Lately the party rubbed its strongest contender AAP on the wrong side by targeting and showing their leader and former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in bad light and questioning his 'gotra'.

BJP received a huge backlash over social media for sharing some political ads, which were defaming towards Arvind Kejriwal and social activist Anna Hazare, apparently Anna's pic was shown with a garland in the ad; enraging AAP and their ardent supporters.

BJP & AAP have shown their hatred for each other in public; the former is however going in for a more obvious kill with caricatures being made up to boost their political campaign.
