Air India is not going to get a safe landing at least not in this case where their staff has been accused of miss-treating passengers.
It was an all chaos situation on February 16 at Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Terminal T2, where Air India staff refused to allow passengers to board the flight.
It all started when the passengers arrived at the boarding desk to seek their passes, but they were in for a shock when the staff refused them bluntly as they all were 5 minutes late!
In this video, the Air India staff could be seen refusing passengers' entry citing their company's policy, according to which all passengers are expected to reach the boarding desk 60 minutes prior to flight take-off.
Though all this while passengers pointed out how they received an automated message from Air India asking them to reach 45 minutes prior flight take-off.
With no clear intentions to hear their passenger's plea, the AI staff refused to budge their stand.
At one point, a young college student was seen crying, literally begging them to let her board as she had to sit for her M.Phil exam, but their heart-less expression had clear indications to what was coming!
