In a jaw-dropping video footage captured on a dashboard camera, a lightning struck a busy street in China. This was followed by showers of sparks falling on the road which will definitely leave you amazed all the way.
The eight-second long video showed a sudden flash of light followed by pitch darkness for a split second and then sparks falling from the trees lining the road with several cars halting at this point.
Power appeared to have been cut for a few seconds as there was a temporary blackout on the street. Afterwards, sparks fell onto the busy road from above. They remained bright for about two seconds.
It remains unclear what had been hit by the lightning on the road.
The video, captured on May 11 in Shenyang of China’s Liaoning province, was published by China Plus News in Facebook on May 14 and has since then gone viral in the social media.
