Mumbai: In India, the government officials already carry the reputation of being lazy, arrogant, rude and corrupt. And now the latest incident of a railway employee being highly insensitive during her duty hours has only added to the list.
A video has surfaced recently showing the heated argument between the passengers and the lady at the railway ticket counter of Lokmanya Tilak Terminus in Mumbai.
It all started when the lady got busy counting rupee notes from the locker during the duty hours when she is supposed to issue tickets.
While there was a long queue of passengers waiting to get their tickets, the railway employee just shamelessly went on to do the note counting work.
Her attitude invoked anger among the passengers which resulted in a heated argument. The video of the incident was made by one of the passengers through his mobile phone
Seeing the act being caught on cam, the lady told the man to give the mobile to her otherwise she will not give ticket to anyone.
