You must have seen a large group of people grooving to the beat but have you seen multiple robots showing off their moves. In China over 1000 robots danced in perfect synchronisation paving their way to a Guinness world record. Total number of 1069 robots set the record of 'most robots dancing simultaneously'.
In a jaw-dropping video posted by Guinness World Records on You Tube, machines were lined up and performing a choreographed dance routine. Couple of robots toppled and were therefore deducted from the final count. The dynamic show by robots left people amused and has garnered 386,217 views on You Tube till the time of writing. The robots who were Dobi model broke the record of another Chinese company Ever Win Company & Ltd, which has a total of 1,007 robots at display.
All these robots were programmed via one group control system and the dynamic presentation was a public relation strategy by WL Tech to showcase their latest technology. It looks like their business move really paid off well. Organised in Guangzhou, Guangdong, the robotic display is captivating. Besides dancing, these robots can do push ups, respond to voice commands, play football, sing and also show you those tough kung fu moves.
When aliens come to earth this will be the first thing we show them , jokes one user on You Tube while other took a jibe by saying, "I'm glad humans put all their mind power to making robots dance, but can't keep hungry people fed". "Great, now program them to fight and you got an entire army ," commented another user.
