A popular coffee outlet in Jaipur has just added a whole new dimension to the saying "a lot can happen over coffee".
Arpan Singh, a customer, was allegedly slapped by a woman employee after he filmed cockroaches crawling inside their refrigerator counter having food.
The female staff, however, claimed that she slapped the customer as he was harassing her by recording her on camera.
The incident took place in the pink city grabbed attention on social media after one Nikhil Anand Singh took to Twitter to share the video with a statement by the customer Arpan attached to it.
Coffee shops twitter handle responded to the accusations with a tweets saying “are in talks with the consumer and the internal team to ascertain facts.”
Reportedly, Arpan saw that the employees were serving food from the refrigerator allegedly having cockroaches crawling inside. When he later confronted the staff, and asked them to return his money, they reportedly turned a deaf ear, according to the reports.
