Xiaomi Mi 4i is up for grabs in the first flash sale today and as expected, Xiaomi has managed to sell out 40,000 units of its new Mi 4i smartphone on e-retail website Flipkart.
Priced at Rs 12,999, the phone will initially be available on Flipkart and soon across all Xiaomi channels including the Snapdeal, Amazon and the Mobile Store.
The Mi 4i comes with a full HD resolution of 1920x1080 pixels at 441 PPI. The company claims that the handset's display has higher color saturation than iPhone 6. It is a fully laminated OGS. The handset also offers Sunlight Display that lets the phone to do dynamic tone mapping, which in turn, keeps the image quality balanced in bright sunlight.
The device is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 615 processor. Xiaomi Mi 4i offers a 2GB RAM and includes 16GB on-board storage.
The Mi 4i has a 13 megapixel rear camera with two-tone flash and a 5 megapixel front camera with selfie timer. The 4G dual SIM device comes with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The UX is Xiaomi's MIUI 6 atop Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The Mi 4i draws its juice from a 3120mAh battery that promises 1.5 days of normal usage.
