New Delhi: HR solution provider PeopleStrong may get the responsibility to recruit staff for Wipro's India and Middle-East division. The deal is valued at more than Rs 100 crore, The Economic Times reported.
The Gurgaon-based recruitment process outsourcer (RPO) will manage Wipro Infotech's recruitment for five-seven years.
PeopleStrong will look into things like screening the candidate's profile, interviewing and the selection the candidate.
Randstad India suggest that the RPO service in India is expected to grow at 40-50%, owing to an increase in recruitment in the next six months.
