New Delhi: Wickedleak has launched a budget smartphone, the Wammy One, at Rs 7,990. The smartphone can be purchased from the company's online store.
It is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device featuring a 5-inch (540x960 pixels) qHD IPS OGS (one-glass solution) display. The device comes with Dragontrail glass protection.
The handset is powered by an octa-core MediaTek (MT6592) processor (unspecified clock speed) with a Mali-450 GPU and 1GB of RAM. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box.
Inbuilt storage includes 8 GB and it can be expanded further via microSD card (up to 32GB). It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with BSI II sensor and LED flash. There is also a secondary 5-megapixel front-facing camera onboard the Wammy One.
Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, Micro-USB, A-GPS, and Bluetooth options.
It comes with a 2800mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 9 hours of talk time and up to 264 hours of standby time. It measures 145x70x7.7mm and will be available in Black and Slate Grey, and Crystal White and Gold.
