The interiors of the car have been updated with leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifter, along with superior German upholstery. The centrally aligned instrument console with a 12V outlet now has a climate control, central locking, safety air bags for the driver and co-passenger and a multi-function, adjustable steering wheel. Besides some good safety features, the car comes with Bluetooth connectivity and a factory fitted stereo. Bookings have already opened for the Polo GT TSI across India with the amount of Rs 50,000. It will be offered in three colors of red, black and white.
According to past six month report, VW India sells 3,500 units of Polo on an average every month, but now with the addition of the new Polo GT TSI it hopes the figure to climb even higher.
