New Delhi: Videocon Mobiles has launched a budget selfie-focused smartphone, the Infinium Z40 Quad, at Rs 5,490.
It is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device and features a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) IPS display. It packs a 1.3GHz quad-core (unknown chipset) processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. The handset runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
The smartphone features 4GB of built-in storage, which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB)
Infinium Z40 Quad sports a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with BSI sensor and LED flash, along with a 3.2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi: 802.11b/g/n, GPS-AGPS, FM Radio with Recording. The handset is fueled by a 1400mAh battery.
The Infinium Z40 comes pre-installed with Hungama Music application which gives access to 100 free content download for 30 days, along with preinstalled Gameloft Games like Spiderman & Bubble Bash 3. For security, the device is being offered with a preinstalled V-Secure application with 90 days free trial that helps in providing mobile security.
