New Delhi: Nokia has launched its new latest feature phone in the Indian market, the Asha 502, at Rs 5,739. The device has been listed on on Nokia's online store.The Nokia Asha 502, along with Asha 503, and Asha 500 feature the so-called crystal-clear design, with a bright, colorful body covered by a transparent layer.The 502 comes with a 3-inch QVGA (320×240 pixels) display, 64MB of RAM, 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, expandable memory using a microSD card, FM Radio. The device gets its juice from a 1,010mAh battery, which the company claims is good enough to last 13.7 hours of talktime and 24 days on standby mode.Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, Bluetooth 3.0 with SLAM, AV jack, WLAN and micro-USB port.The Nokia Asha 502 is based on Nokia Asha Platform 1.1 and supports firmware over-the-air (FOTA) update. The platform introduces a new UI with easy swipe-able multiple homescreens with Fastlane feature amongst others. It offers both a traditional icon-oriented home screen and a secondary list, called Fastlane, where frequently used features are organized. This makes users instantly access their favorite apps and social networks.
