Xolo's recently launched Opus Q1000, is a specs rich budget phablet that deserves to be at the second spot. The phablet has a 5.7-inch full HD IPS display. It comes with a 13MP rear camera with BSI 2 Sensor, Flash Support, Auto Focus, Burst Mode, Scene Detection and Tuning and High Dynamic Range (HDR) support. The smartphone has a 5MP secondary camera.

The phone is one of the few smartphones to feature Broadcom's BCM23550 quad-core HSPA+ processor clocked at 1.2GHz, and coupled with 1GB RAM. Priced at Rs 9,999, the dual-SIM (GSM + GSM) smartphone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi hotspot and microUSB. It is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery, which is rated to deliver 33 hours of talktime on 2G and 21 hours on 3G.

Clearly, in the sub-Rs 10,000 category, it is best smartphone available in the Indian market.
