Aside from the obvious talent they possess in their field, research by Harvard Business School suggests that a rigid routine and quirky rituals have made them a phenomenal success in their jobs.
According to Renegade Collective magazine, Zuckerberg wore the same tie for a year and Jobs had a collection of 100 Issey Miyake designed black turtleneck sweaters that he wore everyday, and Dorsey swears by his regular saunas, as key to top performance.
