Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) will remain open on Sunday between 6:15pm and 7:30pm for muhurat trading, a token trading activity on Diwali which is considered very auspicious.
The sensex hit a record high on Friday, edging above the key 21,207 mark, a record held in 2008.
The BSE, NSE, Forex and Money markets will remain closed on Monday, November 4, 2013, for " Diwali-Balipratipada".
