New Delhi: The Scrooser, a cross between a child's scooter, a Segway, and a bike, is surprisingly cool. It looks like a standard, two-wheel kick scooter but actually has a motor built in and it can go about 15 miles per hour on a good day.
The makers of the electric scooter describe its riding experience similar to ‘going surfing or snowboarding through the city.'
