New Delhi, April 9: Following the announcement back in February this year, Samsung Galaxy Young has finally been made available in the retail market. The Samsung Galaxy Young features Android Jelly Bean operating system and has been priced at Rs 8,300 at which it certainly is a good offering from Samsung.
Samsung Galaxy Young features a 3.27 inch full touch HVGA resolution display and is powered by a 1 GHz processor and 768 MB of RAM to keep things speedy. The device has 4 GB of onboard storage which can be further complemented to another 64 GB through a micro SD card. At the back there is a 3 megapixel camera but no front facing camera is available for the device.
The Samsung Galaxy Young has a 1300 mAh battery and access to both Google Play store and Game Hub Lite. It has also access to Samsung's S Cloud which will also be offered as safe and simple syncing option for back-up and storage option information such as contacts, bookmarks, and SMS.
Samsung has also put Motion user interface, first seen on Samsung Galaxy SIII, in the phone. Its user interface allows one to simply shake the devices to refresh and update widgets and other content, or to just turn over the device to mute the ringer.
The Galaxy Young comes in white, deep blue, wine red and metallic silver colours but presently only the white color model is available for purchase from a number of online stores.
