New Delhi: OnePlus One is today available in India through Amazon without users requiring any invitation.
Amazon India has put up limited stocks of both the 16GB and 64GB variants of OnePlus One smartphone on sale starting 10 AM IST. Those interested in buying the handset (either version) can purchase the device today without any registration, until stocks last.
"For a very limited time, you won't need an invite to buy the 64GB Sandstone Black or 16GB Silk White OnePlus One," the company said in a statement. The 16GB variant is priced at Rs 18,999, while the 64GB variant retails at Rs.21,999 in India.
The online retailer had earlier put the OnePlus One on sale without invite only on March 24.
OnePlus One comes with a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display, and is powered by a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor paired with 3GB of RAM. Additionally, it also features a 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 3,100mAh battery. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Cyanogen OS 11, but will soon be updated to the company's Oxygen OS.
OnePlus has already hiked pricing of One, for EU regions earlier this month citing the decline in value of the Euro, so it is likely that a slight hike in pricing of the handset in India as well.
