New Delhi: Google has officially announced Google's first phablet handset, the Nexus 6. The phablet will be one of the first devices to get Android Lollipop – the next version of Google's mobile OS.
Reports suggest that the Motorola Nexus 6 might be launched on November 18 in India and most likely it will be available by the first week of December.
The Nexus 6 smartphone is likely to cost around Rs 40,000 for the 32 GB version, and Rs 45000 for the 64 GB variant. The Nexus 6 32GB has been already listed on Flipkart as ‘coming soon'. It seems the smartphone will be sold on Flipkart and Google Play only as of now.
Packing a 5.96-inch 2560×1440 AMOLED display, 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor and 13-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, the Nexus 6 is Google's highest-end Nexus smartphone yet. It's also got 4G LTE, a 3220mAh battery, Qi wireless charging and Android 5.0 Lollipop.
