New Delhi, June 25: Sistema Shyam TeleServices (SSTL), which provides telecom services under the MTS brand in India, has launched an exciting offer for its prepaid voice customers - ‘Always Talk'. The plan allows MTS customers to make unlimited MTS to MTS calls. Additionally, customers will also get up to 1000 minutes of free local calls on other networks.
The Always Talk plan, costing Rs 199, is available for pre-paid customers in circles including Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Kolkata, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh (West) and West Bengal. In these nine circles the company currently holds licenses to operate in.
"At MTS, we are always on the lookout for opportunities to engage and excite our customers. The launch of MTS Always Talk is a part of the same effort. The ‘Always Talk' plan comes at an affordable price and provides customers with the flexibility of staying connected with their friends and family." said the company.
The company had earlier shut down its operations in 10 circles including Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, North East, Orissa and Punjab, following a Supreme Court order. Because of this, its 2.2 million subscribers or around 15 per cent of its subscriber base of 14 million, got effected.
