New Delhi: Motorola has launched its high-end Moto Turbo smartphone in the India exclusively on Flipkart for Rs 41,999. The device is now available for pre-orders and is expected to be released in the third week of March.
The launch offers by Flipkart includes 100 per cent cashback for 25 consumers and extra 10 per cent off on the handset if purchased with American Express Cards. Both the offers are only valid for Monday.
Moto Turbo comes with a 5.2 inch Quad HD AMOLED display in 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution with 565 ppi. It runs latest Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and is powered with 2.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor with 3GB RAM. Internal storage includes 64GB with no slot for expandable storage. The device measures 73.3x143.5x8.3 mm and weights 166 gm.
Moto Turbo comes in a 64GB Ballistic Nylon variant in India. It's a high-quality, durable material with a distinctive texture - you might recognize it from outdoor gear, like backpacks. Under that, is a layer of DuPont Kevlar fiber, a material that is five times stronger than steel. Moto Turbo was also designed with a water-repellent coating to protect from the inside out. It guards against everyday spills and even an unexpected downpour.
On the imaging front, the device sports a 21 megapixels rear camera with the f2.0 aperture and dual LED flash. It also has a 2 megapixels front camera for video calling and selfie.
The device gets its juice from a massive 3900 mAh battery that can run a full day and its Charger gives up to 8 additional hours of power with just 15 minutes of charging.
Connectivity options include 4G, 3G, Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi, micro USB and Email. It includes Sensor Hub, Accelerometer, Proximity Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor, Gyroscope, Hall Effect Sensor, IR, Magnetometer sensors.
