New Delhi: Lenovo has launched four new tablets in India exclusively on Flipkart - the Yoga Tablet 2 (8-inch, Android) at Rs. 20,990, Yoga Tablet 2 (10-inch, Android) at Rs 28,990, Yoga Tablet 2 (10-inch, Windows) at Rs. 34,990, and Yoga Tablet 2 Pro (13-inch, Android) at Rs. 47,990.
The Yoga 2 8-inch and 10-inch tablets will be available on Flipkart starting October 17, while the Yoga 2 and the Yoga 2 Pro will be available from November-end.
The Android tablets run Android 4.4 KitKat, while the Windows tablet runs Windows 8.1 with Bing 32-bit.
The Yoga Tablet 2's 8-inch and 10-inch variants both feature a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels. All three Yoga Tablet 2 models introduced in India come with an Accutype keyboard dock powered by Bluetooth that also serves as a cover.
The three Yoga Tablet 2 models are powered by Intel Atom Z3745 Processor (1.33GHz, 2MB cache) processors; 2GB of RAM; an 8-megapixel rear camera; a 1.6-megapixel front camera, and 16GB or 32GB of internal storage with microSD support (up to 64GB). The 8-inch variants come with 2-cell 6400mAh Li-Cylindrical batteries, while the 10-inch variants feature with 3-cell 9600mAh Li-Cylindrical batteries.
The Yoga 2 Pro offers a built-in Pico projector that can project an image of up to 50-inches in size and an 8-watt sound system with a subwoofer. It features a 13-inch QHD (2560x1440 pixels) display; Intel Atom Z3745 Processor (1.33GHz, 2MB cache) processor; 32GB internal storage with microSD card expansion (up to 64GB), Android 4.4 KitKat, optional 4G and up to 15 hours of battery life with its 3-cell 9600mAh Li-Cylindrical battery, says Lenovo.
