New Delhi: Chinese technology major Lenovo has launched a portfolio of new laptops, desktops and monitors across the Yoga series, ideapad and ideacentre brands to upgrade personal computer experience, leading with Yoga 900S, the world's thinnest convertible laptop.
The new collection offers people distinct choices in performance, aesthetics and mobility.
The eight new Yoga, ideacentre and ideapad devices upgrade work, gaming and entertainment experiences with their new designs and powerful hardware.
The carbon fibre chassis of Yoga 900S makes it lighter than previous models at 12.8 mm and 999 grams.
It is loaded with Windows 10 operating system and gives up to 10.5 hours of video playback. It comes with a convertible laptop's 360-degree watchband hinge with four modes.
With its Intel Core m7 processor, it delivers an immersive entertainment experience assisted by Dolby Audio Premium and optional QHD screen (2560x1440) for crystal clear resolution.
Next in line is Lenovo VIBE S1 Lite that allows user to take great selfies and groupies in the dark.
Primed for all types of entertainment, Lenovo VIBE S1 comes with a 5.0" wide-view full high-definition display, and it keeps users mobile with its powerful 2700 mAh battery capable of playing movies or music videos for hours.
It is loaded with 64-bit MTK 6753 octa-core 1.3 GHz processor and 4G connectivity.
It offers 16 GB of on-board memory, plus up to 32 GB expandable through microSD storage.
Apart from these two leading products, Lenovo has also launched four new Y series devices -- ideapad Y900, Razer editions of ideacentre Y900 RE and Lenovo Y27g and Y27g RE curved gaming monitors.
With ideacentre 610S, Lenovo becomes the first company to launch world's first compact home personal computer with an optional removable wireless projector for large-screen entertainment.
It also launched ideapad 700 and 710S laptops balance performance and portability at a great value.
The devices will be showcased at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) -- a four-day event to be held from January 6 in Las Vegas.
