New Delhi: Lava Mobiles has launched the new Iris X1 Beats smartphone, in India at Rs 6,552. The phone is now listed on the company site in White-Silver, White-Gold and Ink-Black colours.
Lava iris X1 Beats comes with a 5-inch (480x854 pixels) FWVGA IPS display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core (unspecified chipset) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box.
The handset includes a 5MP auto-focus rear camera with LED flash, VGA front shooter, 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, and 3G support.
The phone packs a K-Class Amplifier, which along with the on-board stereo speakers, will offer great sound experience, the company claims.
The device comes with features such as Smart Wake-up and Gesture controls, which allow the users to jump directly into applications from the lock-screen. The users can define their own gestures or patterns to open specific applications.
The device is fueled by a 2200 mAh battery.
