New Delhi: Domestic handset maker XOLO has added one more smartphone- Q500- to its Q series.
The Xolo Q500 has a 4-inch WVGA screen with One Glass Solution (OGS) technology and boasts a pixel density of 233ppi. The device supports dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) functionality.
The smartphone runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and is powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor with Adreno 203 GPU. It has 1GB RAM and a 1,450mAh capacity battery. The company claims the phone's battery can deliver up to 16 hours of talktime and up to 290 hours of standby time.
The Xolo Q500 has a 5MP rear camera that can shoot 720p videos and a VGA camera on the front.
Connectivity options on the Xolo Q500 include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ AGPS and 3G.
The most striking part of Xolo Q500 is its X-TransPic app which the company claims can help users translate Hindi words to English and also read out the detected text by using text to speech functionality.
Xolo Q500 is priced at Rs 7,999.
