Jamshedpur: Tata Steel today organized various activities supporting to mark the World Environment Day.
The company has organized a string of activities across its divisions to spread awareness about environment protection, sustenance and eco-conscious growth, according to Tata Steel press release.
The celebration of World Environment Day spanned across its divisions in Jamshedpur, departments like Infrastructure Planning and Development; Engineering and Projects;
Environment Management and Urban Services participated in various activities.
The three-day celebration starting today marked the beginning of the Environment campaign. Several discussions and awareness sessions were organized to deliberate on ways to make operations more environment friendly.
