New Delhi: Swipe has launched its Swipe Konnect 5.0 Fablet for Rs 8,999 in India.
At 135 grams, the company claims Konnect 5.0 is one of the lightest 5 inch Smartphone Fablets in the world. It comes with a 5 inch qHD IPS display and is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad Core Processor and a 1 GB RAM.
It runs on the Android 4.2.2 Jellybean OS on the device which is upgradable to the latest Android 4.4 Kitkat.
The Swipe Konnect 5.0 is equipped with an 8 MP rear camera, and it also comes with a 3.2 MP front camera for 3G video calling. The rear camera has an OV (OmniVision) sensor which significantly improves the camera's resolution and picture quality. It offers 8 GB of inbuilt memory, which can be expanded to 32 GB via an external SD card.
It also comes with a highly customizable UI which can be personalized with multiple effects, themes and transitions. It has unrestricted access to the Google Play Store, so users can download from over one million apps. The phone also comes with a 1950 mAh polymer-ion battery.
The Konnect 5.0 is Dual SIM enabled phablet and offers connectivity features such as WiFi, 3G, and Bluetooth.
