New Delhi: US-based telecommunications major Motorola will unveil ‘Moto E', its cheapest smartphone tomorrow, in partnership with online retailing major Flipkart, to take on Samsung and Nokia.
Moto E is likely to be launched in the sub-Rs 12,000 category in India and the UK simultaneously.
Motorola's Moto E would be the third device in India, after Moto G and Moto X, to be launched exclusively on the online platform. This year, earlier in February, Motorola re-entered the Indian market after a nearly two and a half year hiatus with Moto G.
The device sports 4.3-inch screen, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB RAM, 5 MP camera and 1,900 mAh battery.
Flipkart, the online retailing major which has witnessed huge success with Moto G and Moto X, is looking forward on a long-term relationship with Motorola.
