New Delhi: Homegrown handset maker Micromax has listed a new smartphone, Canvas 2 Colours A120, on its official website. The company has not disclosed the price and availability of the smartphone.
The talking point of the Micromax Canvas 2 Colours is its colourful rear shells. The smartphone will come in two variants, Dark Grey and White. The Dark Grey colour variant will come with Radiant Red and Mystic Blue rear shells in the box, while the White colour variant is offered with Vibrant Yellow and Splendid Green rear shells.
Canvas 2 Colours comes with a 5-inch HD (720 x 1280p) IPS display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor and 1GB RAM. It offers 4GB internal storage, with support for microSD cards of up to 32GB. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
It is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device that sports an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, while there is a 2-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard. Connectivity options include 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options.
The Micromax Canvas 2 Colours (A120) is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device which runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box.
It comes with a 2,000mAh battery which the company claims offers 225 hours of standby time and 7 hours 45 minutes of talk time.
The Canvas 2 Colours also comes with some preloaded apps, such as Games (Burn the Rope, Fukrey, Frog Brust), Kingsoft, Getit, Opera Mini, M! Live, Mi games, Reverie Phonebook and Smartpad.
