New Delhi: Smartphone vendor iBall has launched its voice-calling tablet called iBall Slide 3G17 in India for Rs 7,649.
It is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) 3G tablet with voice-calling and dual standby features. The device features a 7-inch 5-point multi-touch display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels. It is powered by 1.3GHz dual-core Cortex A7 processor (unspecified chipset) alongside 512MB of RAM.
On the imaging front, the new Slide 3G17 tablet sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and has a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera onboard. It includes 4GB of inbuilt storage, out of which only 2GB will be user available, that is further expandable up to 32GB with microSD card.
The device comes with a 2500mAh battery. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, GPS/A-GPS and 3G.
The iBall Slide 3G17 tablet is also available for purchase via Snapdeal at a price of Rs. 7,649.
Overall, the device seems to be okay looking at the specs and the price point on which it is offered. The tablet compete against the likes of Oplus XONPAD 7, Swipe Velocity Tab, XOLO QC800 Tablet and Lava E-Tab iVORY.
