New Delhi: Chinese handset maker Oppo has launched yet another smartphone in India dubbed Joy, at Rs 8,999.
It is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone that features a 4 inch WVGA display with 800×480 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core MT6572A MediaTek processor coupled with 512MB RAM.
On the imaging front, the device is powered by a 3MP rear camera with LED flash and 0.3MP front-facing camera. It runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box. The smartphone also comes with Oppo's proprietary ColourOS skin.
The phone comes with an internal storage of 4GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot provided by Oppo. The smartphone is fuelled by a 1700 mAh battery.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G and GPS.
Oppo is also offering free 5GB cloud storage space of its own O-Cloud service. The smartphone measures 124x63x9.9 mm and weighs 125 grams.
