New Delhi: Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram today said that the economy has stabilised and the investment cycle must start again for high growth.
The capex plan for 23 PSUs is estimated at Rs 1.33 lakh crore in FY15, he said, adding that the additional capital requirement of PSU banks will be over Rs 45,528 crore in FY15.
