New Delhi: Acer has launched its Iconia A1-713 tablet in India at Rs 12,999. The tablet runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, which the company promises to upgrade to Android 4.4 KitKat soon.
The device features a 7-inch screen at 1024 x 600 pixels resolution and is powered by a quad core Cortex A7 processor clocked at 1.3 Ghz.
The Iconia A1-713 comes with 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded upto 32 GB via MicroSD card. With 3G connectivity and calling facility, the device is powered by a 3400 mAh battery. Other connectivity features includes Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi.
The tablet mounts a 2 MP rear camera along with a 0.3 MP (NGA) front snapper for video calling. The Iconia A1-713 weighs 305 gms, which is pretty light compared to the average weight of around 420 gms for most tablets in this segment.
The Acer Iconia A1-713 tablet will be available nationwide starting today at all Acer retail outlets.
