Now a days the emerging technologies are making the IT sector more and more lucrative for the tech professionals, making it imperative for the software companies to hire people with niche skills because IT industry is more about technology.
Even the campus hiring in the four Indian IT majors have would be more of a specialised hiring now.
According to an analysis, three years back 80 per cent focus was on technical skills but now, only 40 per cent focus is on technical skills and the rest is on soft skills and Domain.
