With iPhone 6, Apple finally made the decision to produce a phone with a larger display, with the screen being expanded from 4in up to 4.7in. This, for users, has made a huge difference, particularly for multimedia consumption. It definitely brings the iPhone 6 more in-line with its contemporaries. The phone has a decent 67.92 per cent screen-to-body ratio, which means that phone is mostly display on the front. The iPhone 6 Plus, with a screen size of 5.5in Retina HD display with 1920x1080 resolution at 401ppi. The iPhone 6 Plus offers a 67.8 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
The Galaxy S6 offers a 1440 x 2560 Quad-HD Super AMOLED display at 577ppi and the Galaxy S6 Edge features a 1440 x 2660 Quad-HD Super AMOLED display at 577ppi. These are more pixels that the iPhone line up. The S6 offers a 70.7 per cent screen-to-body ratio, while Galaxy S6 edge has a 71.7 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
