New Delhi, April 12: Handset maker Intex has launched a new gaming phone, called Intex Player, for Rs. 2,790. The phone is dedicated to gaming as it comes preloaded with over a thousand games and two dedicated buttons for gaming (located on top).
Apart from gaming features, the phone includes a video player (25FPS, AVI, 3GP, MP4), audio player (MP3 and WAV), FM Radio with recording, Blacklist and Whitelist feature, which allows users to block unwanted numbers and take the wanted ones.
The Player smartphone has a 2.8-inch 65K TFT touchscreen. Other specifications include a 1.3 MP rear camera, 4GB memory card (supports up to 16GB), and connectivity options including 2G, Bluetooth, and microUSB.
The Intex Player is powered by a 1200 mAh battery, rated to deliver up to 200 hours of standby time, and 4 hours of talk time. The smartphone will be available in black, white and silver colour variants. Other features include auto call record, battery manager, support for Hindi and English languages, and smart dial.
